Summary of information provided by the Ministry of Interior website on 10.01.2025

EU:

• EEA nationals who intend to stay in the Republic of Croatia for more than 3 months are obligated to register their temporary stay at the competent police administration/station according to their place of stay, no later than 8 days following the expiration of their 3-month stay.

non_EU:

• non_ EEA nationals who intend to stay in the Republic of Croatia for more than 3 months are obligated to register their temporary stay within 48 hours of their arrival to Croatia
