Here you will find some useful information regarding your arrival to Zagreb, how to organize your stay and what to do before departure.
Before your arrival
Let us know about your arrival date and time so we can schedule a meeting for your move in.
Meeting location
The location of the meeting is either at the property address or sometimes at our office. We will let you know the exact date,time and location of your meeting.
Meeting days
Usually we don't work weekends, so move in happens during the business days, unless the landlord accepts a weekend move in. In case this is possible we will inform you.

In most cases your landlord and someone from our team (depending on availability)

Rent
Make sure rent is paid according to the dates in your lease agreement. Send payment confirmation to landlord.
Utilities
Utilities are paid to the landlord, depending on your lease agreement they may be fixed, variable or lump sump. Check the lease agreement.
Cleaning
From your move in, you are in charge of the cleaning, ventilation and general condition of the property.
Property condition
Within 48 hours do the property record for the MoveIn.

Payments
Rent is paid to the landlord, bank account details are in the lease agreement or shared by the landlord.
Utilities
Utilities are paid to the landlord, in case utilities are not included in the rent, the landlord provides the bills and calculations.
Cleaning
Tenants are in charge of the cleaning during their stay and to return the property in the same condition as received during MoveIn.
Damage
Damage is reported to the landlord during your stay and immediately when it happens.

Do the MoveOut record & submit your bank details.
Payments
Make sure all payments are done including rents and utilities(if applicable)
Cleaning
Make sure the property is cleaned and returned in the same condition.
Damage
In case of any damage report it to your landlord.
Deposit
Share your bank details with your landlord, in most cases they are in charge of the deposit refund.
Meeting
Inform your landlord on your departure date and time so they can meet you and check the property.
