Payments Property Recycling Registration

Rent & utilities

Make sure the first rent is paid, please do the rent payment now and send the payment confirmation to the landlord. If utilities are based on consumption, check the utility meteres (if they exist) and record the values. The landlord will inform you on your utilities costs each month.

Check the property

Check out the property condition and take some photos. If something is not working, damaged or broken inform your landlord and forward the photos. The property needs to be returned in the same condition.

Cleaning and recycling

Ask the landlord and inform yourself about cleaning, recycling and ventilating during your stay. You are responsible for the cleaning, ventilation and damage. This may affect your deposit.

Register your stay

For registration of stay reach out to the ministry of interior, most landlords can provide a notarized tenancy agreement when needed. Tenants are responsible for their stay registration.
