If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Infobip is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Intern. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • - Proactively working on hand-raisers and inquiries from all Self-Service customers to ensure their high-quality experience, resulting in their satisfaction and further growth. 
  • - Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities for the Infobip sales team. 
  • - Educating the customer base on the nuances of the product to unlock value 
  • - Finding ways to increase user adoption/activation 
  • - Actively suggesting how to improve UX on Self Service 
  • - Retaining current customers and analysing their consumption 
  • - Having an excellent overview of business, competition, and latest industry trends 
  • - Engaging and collaborating with different teams to optimize Selfservice workflow 
  • - Creating flows and resolving frictions in Selfservice by working closely with Product team 

 

Requirements

  • - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and you can work full time.
  • - Or you have just finished college and looking for a first job in your degree profession. 
  • - Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
  • - A proficient user of Excel and highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • - Proficiency in any additional language is considered advantageous, especially in French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • - Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers 
  • - Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach in discovering new opportunities 
  • - You have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
