Connect to Wifi and exchange contact with your landlord (SMS or Whatsapp)

3rd Step

Read the tenancy agreement payment details and pay the rent accordingly to the rent payment schedule.

4th Step

Check out the property and take some photos of the condition. If something is not working, damaged or broken inform your landlord and forward the photos.

5th Step

Read about cleaning, recycling and ventilating during your stay.

We want to make sure that all our tenants are happy with the cleanliness and living condition during their stay. 

The landlords are in charge of the cleaning prior to the move in, while tenants are in charge of the cleaning during their stay and move out.
