People Operations Intern is an individual contributor role in our People Operations Department, supporting POP teams in their tasks under a mentor supervision.

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of organizational efficiency and to implement already defined programs on designated scope of the organization by providing support to one or more POP sub functions through given tasks and assignments. POP interns are focused on learning the work processes and self-improvement that would prepare them for their future career in Infobip.

 

Responsibilities:

  • - Administrative and documentary support in the POP area processes.
  • - Participating in projects from all aspects of HR such as
  • Internship, internal POP events and employer branding activities.
  • - Supporting HR team in the recruitment process (candidate screening, scheduling the interviews, contributing to selection process, maintaining candidate database).
  • - Leading less demanding recruitment cycles.
  • - On the job learning and shadowing.
  • - Supporting senior team members in operations tasks.
  • - Learning about HR from internal and external sources.
  • - Presenting the company at career fairs and at different events.
  • - Market research for different positions in Infobip.

 

Requirements

  • - You are a graduate or final year student of Human Resources, Psychology, Economy or a related field.
  • - You are able to work full-time.
  • - You are passionate about Human Resources area.
  • - You are eager to learn new skills and grow.
  • - You’re result oriented and pay attention to details.
  • - You have a high level of communication and presentation skills.
  • - You are proficient in English.
