What will you do at Infobip? 

The Compliance Intern will assist Infobip Compliance team in various initiatives and projects with special focus on gaining practical experience in Quality, Security and Privacy international standards and frameworks.  

This internship provides a chance to work in a multinational IT environment with close guidance from experienced professionals. In case you join us, you will have unique opportunity to expand your knowledge in security and compliance topics and count on support of a dedicated mentor along the journey. 

 

Responsibilities

  • - Assist in coordination of activities related to Infobip‘s quality, information security and privacy management based on the international frameworks (ISO and SOC 2) 
  • - Assist in external and internal audits for ISO and other standards
  • - Assist in implementation of corrective and preventive actions defined through audits and constant analysis
  • - Document and keep up to date all relevant documentation regarding standards applied at Infobip
  • - Contribute to continuous improvement of the Compliance program in areas such as Sanctions, Bribery and Corruption, Third Party risk management, and similar
  • - Assist in organizing and delivering compliance training sessions or workshops
  • - Assist in preparing analytics by using data to derive insights

 

Requirements

  • - You are a graduate (MA) or final year undergraduate (BA) student of IT, System Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economy or a related field
  • - You can work on a student contract for at least 6 months. 
  • - You are able to work full-time 
  • - You are passionate about IT, new technologies
  • - You are interested in learning about security, privacy and quality. 
  • - You are eager to learn about audit techniques
  • - You have genuine curiosity for researching and using different tools
  • - You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - You are proficient in English
  • - You have a high level of communication and great presentation skills
