What will you do at Infobip? 

  • - Use spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to collect and analyze sales data, such as revenue figures & customer information
  • - Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and revenue, providing insights to the team and management
  • - Support with identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement in the sales process
  • - Assist in managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and updating customer records.
  • - Assist in sales forecasting activities by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors
  • - Document standard operating procedures and guidelines for revenue-related processes, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer within the team.
  • - Participate in special projects or initiatives

 

Requirements

  • - You have just finished economy/business university/college and looking for a first job in your degree profession
  • - You are currently unemployed and registered with the employment office
  • - You have the affinity towards operations, business & sales
  • - You possess task management, organizational and analytical skills
  • -You have excellent writing, research and communication skills
  • - You are creative, persistent and solution oriented
  • - You are strong in Microsoft tools (excel, powerpoint, outlook)
  • - You are fluent in English – both written and spoken
